Robert Lim
Robert graduated from UCSD in 1989 and earned a Master's in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Certified through the Titleist Performance Institute, Tai Chi for Health, and the Professional Pickleball Registry, he brings a wealth of expertise to his students. With a background in orthopedics and senior care, he currently works in an outpatient clinic helping seniors. As a pickleball-loving physical therapist, he focuses on improving strength, coordination, and preventing injuries, combining his passion for the sport with his deep understanding of body mechanics.

Darshi has been practicing yoga for nearly 14 years. With a master’s in yoga science, she specializes in Yoga Therapy, Diet and Lifestyle, and holds a 500-hour certification from Yoga Alliance. As a Reiki Master (Levels 1, 2, and 3), she also teaches meditation, stress management, and pranayama, emphasizing creative sequencing and mindfulness. Her focus on bending, balance, and breathing helps her students thrive both on and off the mat, leaving them feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced after each session.

Tom’s watercolors feature bold contrasts of light and dark, with realistic subjects set against loose backgrounds. His captivating use of color adds vibrancy to each piece. Tom holds degrees in Industrial Illustration, Visual Design for Advertising, and Business Management, and studied the Old Master’s Technique in Wiesbaden, Germany. Inspired by the Flemish 17th-century painters, he now focuses on watercolor.
